Q: What's inside Lifelong Mobility?

You'll find 4 modules (Mobility, Strength, Balance & Health), each with a collection of video lessons. Most of the video lessons are follow-along exercise programmes where you can join in with me in real time as I show you what to do. 

Q: How does it work?

Once you choose your membership and sign up, you'll instantly get full access to the library of videos inside Lifelong Mobility. You can then choose to watch them at your own pace, any time. Pick an exercise video and get started right away!

Q: What benefits can I expect?

Most people who join Lifelong Mobility notice more strength, mobility and muscle mass within 8 weeks. You might find instant benefits as stiffness or tightness can be relieved very fast in some cases. 

Q: How is this different to your YouTube channel?

Inside Lifelong Mobility, you'll find mostly follow-along, full length exercise classes, taught by Will Harlow, that you can follow in real time. There are classes targeted at all areas of the body, for a range of different purposes. Classes range from 10-40 mins long. There are also deep-dive lectures inside Lifelong Mobility that allow us to deeply explain certain topics that you can't find on YouTube. 

Plus, unlike YouTube, Lifelong Mobility is totally advert-free.

Q: What's your refund policy?

You are entitled to a refund on any purchase of Lifelong Mobility within 14 days of your subscription. If you choose to request a refund, you will lose access to the platform once your refund is processed.

Q: Will this help me with painful problems?

While Lifelong Mobility is not designed to fix any specific health problem, most people find their painful joints and muscles improve significantly from following the exercises inside. Plus, you'll also have a great chance of avoiding painful problems in the future. 

Q: How much content is there inside?

There are over 50 classes and lessons inside Lifelong Mobility, with more being added regularly. But don't get overwhelmed by all the great content inside! You can work through it at your own pace or just choose the lessons that are relevant to you. 

Q: What if I need to ask questions?

Inside Lifelong Mobility, we have a Community Area where you can connect with other members and ask Will and his team questions. We use these questions to create new videos! So, if you've ever wanted a question answered in video format by Will Harlow, this is your chance. 

Q: I'm concerned about being able to use the platform?

We have chosen the most user-friendly platform on the whole internet to build Lifelong Mobility. Once you sign up, you'll be sent your log in details. All you need is your password and you're all set! Plus, if you have any problems accessing the content, we have a support team on hand to help you make best use of the platform. 

Q: I'm not very mobile. Will this work for me?

I created Lifelong Mobility for people of all ability levels, including those who are wheelchair-based or can only do exercises on their bed. There are classes that can be done by ALL ability levels, including those who are very limited. We also have more advanced lessons for those who are very fit and mobile. 

Q: I'm 80 years old or more. Will this work for me?

Yes! I designed Lifelong Mobility for people aged 50-99+. Start with the "Basic" lessons in each module, then progress as soon as you are able. 

Q: How often is new content added?

At least once a month, a new exercise class, a new in-depth lecture, or a Q+A video is added to the platform, meaning you'll never be short of content or ideas for your exercise routine! 

Q: How do the payments work?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Choose to pay annually or once for a lifetime subscription, then enter your details. That's it! Annual payments will be fulfilled automatically until you cancel.
